MY ACCOUNT

  • How to register an account?

    Simply look for the “Login” button, click on it and it’ll bring you to the Sign Up page. Fill in your details accordingly and click “Register”.

  • I forgot my password, what should I do?

    You can go to ”Login” and click ”Lost your password”. After that, enter your ”Email Address” and click ”Reset password”. Then you will be receiving an email notification regarding your reset of password.

ORDER & PAYMENT

  • How do I place an order?

    To place an order, simply select the product(s) you’d like to purchase and add to cart. Then fill in your delivery details if you’ve never shopped with us before, and proceed to checkout.

  • What are the payment methods available?

    The payment options available are by online banking, direct debit or credit card.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • How do I track my order?

    You’ll need to sign in, go to “My Account”, select “Order History”, then click into the order for details including order processing progress.

  • What shipping options does Jiome.com offer?

    Jiome.com offer several shipping options such as courier & home delivery. In store pick up services is currently unavailable.

  • How do I select the shipping option for my order?

    All shipping options will be shown during checkout.

  • What are the shipping fees/rates?

    Delivery is free within JB, Skudai (Postcode: 79100, 79150, 80000, 80050, 80100, 80150, 80200, 80250, 80300, 80350, 80400, 80500, 80990, 81100, 81110, 81120, 81200, 81300, 81310, 81400, 81750) & Klang Valley (Postcode: 40170, 43000, 43300, 56000) for every order with minimum RM1000 and above in a single receipt for Jiome.com members. Purchases below RM1000 will also incur a shipping fee of RM30 per order for both Jiome.com and non Jiome.com members.

    Delivery is free within West Malaysia (exclude JB, Skudai & Klang Valley) for every order with minimum RM1000 and above in a single receipt for Jiome.com members. Purchases below RM1000 will also incur a shipping fee of RM30 per order for both Jiome.com and non Jiome.com members.

  • How do I check my shipping fee when placing an order?

    Shipping fee will be displayed during checkout.

  • When will I receive my order?

    All delivery will take from 3 to 7 working days, unless stipulated otherwise.

  • Can I change my delivery address after my purchase?

    Yes, you can. Just call our customer care line at 018-9733898 to update your delivery address. Verification code might be needed.

CANCELLATION, RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE

  • How can I cancel my order?

    You are not allowed to cancel order.

  • How do I return an item?

    To return large items, you may contact our customer care line by call or email and we will arrange our delivery or courier personnel to collect the item from you. For small items, you may also return any of our showroom nearest to you.

  • I received damaged/defective item, what should I do?

    Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and Customer wishes for return and refund, Customer need to notify Customer Service by phone 018-9733898 or email jiomeservice@jjsuppliers.com to report on the products upon 3 days of receiving the goods.

  • For which reasons can I return an item?

    a) If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition

    b) If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
